We are seeking an experienced marketing leader to own the strategy planning and execution across our paid social and display marketing efforts in Taiwan. This role will manage a significant media investment lead of team of channel experts and work alongside peer channel leaders across other marketing activities. This is a high-visibility leadership role in a fast growing market: the right candidate combines deep hands-on platform expertise with rigorous incrementality-first measurement instincts executive-level communication and a track record of building and developing strong teams in fast-moving data-driven environments.

Qualifications

• 10yearofdigitaladvertisingexperiencewith5yearsfocusedonpaidsocialand/ordisplayatsignificantinvestmentscale
• 4yearsofpeople-managementexperience
• Deephands-onexperienceacrossmajoradplatforms(MetaAdsManagerTikTokAdsSearchAdsetc.)
• Proventrackrecordofdrivingmeasurableincrementalgrowthforaconsumerappore-commercebusiness
• Strongcommandofmeasurementmethodologies:liftstudiesgeo/holdoutexperimentationMMMMMPattributionandlimitationswithineach
• Advancedanalyticalskillsfluencyworkingwithlargedatasetsandpartneringwithdatascienceteamstoexplainrequirementsclearly
