Addiction Pet Foods is looking for a driven and hands-on E-Commerce Account Manager Taiwan to grow our online business across Taiwans major e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.

This is an individual contributor role ideal for someone who is commercially sharp data-driven and comfortable managing end-to-end e-commerce operations independently. The role will focus on driving online sales improving platform performance managing campaigns and strengthening the brands presence in Taiwans digital marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the companys e-commerce business in Taiwan across relevant online platforms and marketplaces.
• Operate and optimize marketplace stores such as Shopee momo PChome Yahoo Shopping Rakuten and other applicable Taiwan e-commerce channels.
• Plan and execute online campaigns platform promotions product launches and seasonal sales activities.
• Monitor sales performance including traffic conversion sell-out stock availability pricing and promotion effectiveness.
• Work closely with internal teams on product listings pricing inventory content visuals and campaign execution.
• Improve product visibility search ranking product pages and online customer experience.
• Coordinate with platform account managers agencies distributors and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze sales data and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
• Prepare performance reports with clear insights action plans and recommendations.
• Protect brand positioning pricing discipline and product presentation across online channels.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in e-commerce marketplace management digital sales online retail or platform operations.
• Hands-on experience operating e-commerce platforms and marketplaces in the Taiwan market.
• Experience in FMCG pet food consumer goods retail lifestyle products or similar categories is preferred.
• Strong understanding of online campaigns product listings marketplace promotions traffic generation and conversion improvement.
• Able to read and interpret sales data and turn insights into action.
• Strong coordination follow-through and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently in an individual contributor role.
• Detail-oriented proactive and highly accountable.
• Good communication skills in Mandarin Chinese. English communication ability is an advantage.
• Passion for pets and interest in the pet food industry is a plus.

• 維護品牌定位價格紀律及商品在線上通路的呈現品質

任職資格:

• 具備電商線上市集管理數位銷售線上零售或平台營運相關經驗
• 具備台灣市場電商平台及線上市集實際操作經驗
• 具備 FMCG寵物食品消費品零售生活用品或相關品類經驗者佳
• 熟悉線上活動商品上架平台促銷流量導入及轉換率提升
• 能閱讀並分析銷售數據並將洞察轉化為實際行動
• 具備良好的協調能力執行力及問題解決能力
• 能夠在個人貢獻者角色中獨立工作
• 細心主動並具高度責任感
• 具備良好的中文溝通能力具英文溝通能力者佳
• 熱愛寵物並對寵物食品產業有興趣者佳
