Location Overview:

The physical location for this role is based at our Taoyuan site. We are actively seeking experienced SMT talent across the Taoyuan and Greater Taipei areas. If you are a driven professional looking to elevate your career within the tech manufacturing corridor we would love to connect with you!

Responsibilities

• On-Site Technical Support: Conduct installation commissioning calibration and troubleshooting of 3D SPI and AOI equipment at customer factory sites.
• Programming Optimization: Assist clients in creating debugging and optimizing inspection programs for New Product Introductions (NPI) and mass production to minimize False Alarm Rates.
• Preventative Maintenance (PM): Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency repair services to ensure minimum downtime for clients SMT lines.
• Technical Training: Provide professional operational and maintenance training to the clients internal engineering teams and local technicians.
• Customer Relations: Act as the first line of technical contact addressing client inquiries correlating defect data and reporting complex hardware/software issues back to the global headquarters.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Electrical Electronics Mechanical Automation or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in SMT manufacturing with strong proficiency in maintaining and programming AOI/SPI systems.
