Data Center Lead - ECS

Job Description

Purpose: The Electrical Data Center Lead needs to combine deep electrical and data center expertise with strategic leadership to drive the direct reports in sales as well as supporting functions like engineering and operations, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence customers from engineering teams up to C-suite executives. Drives and executes the market strategy to achieve growth and value creation plans by best-in-class cost efficiency.

Sales & Business Development Skills - The role is often revenue-focused, requiring:

Qualifications

• MBA or graduate degree in Sales & Marketing, Technical or Engineering
• Minimum 5 -10 years Sales & Marketing experience in the area of data center
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or equivalent).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• AI skills as well as BI skills like Qlik Sense
• Fluent in English & Mandarin (verbal & written)
• Additional local languages will be considered an advantage
