Our goal is to help students develop their English skills and reach their full potential in a fun and engaging learning environment. Job Description: We are currently seeking a full-time Native English Teacher to join our team in Taipei. As a teacher at Globalschoolscout, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students and make a positive impact on their language learning journey. Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to students of all levels, from young learners to adults - Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to ensure effective learning - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to participate and learn - Assess students' progress and provide feedback to help them improve their English skills - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and improve curriculum - Participate in school events and activities to promote English learning and cultural exchange - Keep up-to-date with current teaching methods and trends in English language education Requirements: - Native English speaker from an English-speaking country - Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field - Teaching experience, preferably in an international or ESL setting - TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is a plus - Passion for teaching and working with students of all ages - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Must be willing to relocate to Taipei, Taiwan and commit to a 1-year contract Benefits: - Competitive salary - Health insurance - Work visa assistance - Paid vacation and national holidays - Professional development opportunities - Supportive and friendly work environment If you are a dedicated and enthusiastic English teacher looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you!
