Crib Management Engineer

Description and Requirements

This role is responsible for the full-process management of R&D materials, samples and experimental assets, ensuring accurate inventory, standardized access and traceable storage, to provide stable material support for the R&D team's daily testing, project iteration and experimental verification work.

Key Responsibilities
1.Execute daily receiving, inspection, storage and issuing of R&D materials, strictly verify material specifications, batches and quantities, and keep real-time, accurate inventory records.
2.Regularly organize full inventory checks of the R&D material warehouse, ensure the consistency of accounts, cards and physical goods, and timely report abnormal inventory and stagnant materials.
3.Classify and store special R&D samples, experimental reagents and sensitive assets, strictly implement anti-moisture, anti-corrosion and safety protection measures, and maintain 6S standard management of the warehouse.
4.Cooperate with the R&D team to complete material allocation before experiments, recycling of post-test samples and scrapping of expired materials, and strictly follow the company's compliance management process for asset traceability.
5.Regularly sort out the consumption data of R&D materials, assist in compiling material procurement plans, and continuously optimize the warehouse layout and material access process.
