A global consumer & manufacturing group with strong international presence across APAC. The company is undergoing a major technology modernization initiative, including enterprise application integration, cloud transformation, and future SAP rollout across the region. Taiwan is positioned as a strategic hub, and the incoming leader will play a pivotal role in shaping its IT roadmap.

Job Description

• Lead Taiwan's overall IT function, covering enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and team management.
• Oversee core enterprise applications (ERP / CRM / HRIS), ensuring stability, integration quality, and alignment with business processes.
• Manage IT infrastructure end-to-end, including network, servers, cloud platforms, and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Act as a strategic business partner, translating business needs into IT solutions and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Strengthen cybersecurity & compliance, ensuring adherence to global standards and responding to security risks proactively.
• Develop and mentor a 6-7 person IT team, driving capability building and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Shape Taiwan's IT strategy, supporting digital transformation, system modernization, and upcoming SAP integration plans.
