職務描述At least 5 years of product technical support and clinical application training / trouble shooting experiences. Proven ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, professional journals, package inserts, technical procedures, and government regulations. Certified medical technician with a BSc degree or relevant Strong knowledge of molecular diagnostic techniques Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Customer oriented mindset with problem solving ability Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team Willingness to travel frequently (domestic and international if required) Good command of English and Mandarin
Key Accountabilities
- Provide technical and application support for molecular diagnosis systems, reagents and workflows.
- Conduct product demonstration and training sessions for customers and channel partners, both onsite and remotely.
- Support the sales team in pre-sales activities by understanding customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Assist in product evaluation, workflow optimization and protocol customization at customer sites.
- Collect customer feedback and communication insights to internal team for continuous improvement.
- Participate in trade shows, seminars and workshops to represent the company.
- Escalation of technical issues to Technical Support for resolution.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies and quality standards.
- Assists, as time permits, with other business development activities
- Must be willing to work on weekends
