職務描述
1、职业技术及以上学历，机械或自动化专业，2、1-3年岗位经验，熟悉操作Office办公软件，熟练掌握需要的基础技术知识、专业技术知识，掌握相关的先进技术和工具；
3、熟悉公司产品相关的其他技术知识（如产品工艺、参数、电气、结构等）
4、有相当的协调能力，可独挡一面能够独立地提出策略建议，并能有效推动和执行；
5、熟练运用公司的设备资源，解答客户提问并提供技术支持；
6、 收集、整理及分析产品使用中用户反馈的信息；
7、 建立良好的客户关系，维护公司形象；
8、 及时反馈产品问题，和相关部门紧密沟通，协助提出改进方案
