Description

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as solar panel fitters. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers or those looking to start a career in renewable energy. Successful candidates will assist in the installation and maintenance of solar panel systems, contributing to sustainable energy solutions in India.

Responsibilities

  • Install solar panels on residential and commercial buildings according to specifications and safety standards.
  • Conduct site assessments to determine the best placement for solar panel systems.
  • Assist in the assembly and installation of solar panel mounting systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of installed solar panels and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety protocols during installation.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of solar energy systems and technologies.
  • Familiarity with electrical systems and wiring.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work at heights when installing solar panels.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.
