  • Management scope includes : Inbound coordination / Inventory accuracy /

Customer order delivery / Safety / Quality / Cost control

2. Mill Outbound Transportation operation management

  • Transportation resource planning, Delivery management , Cost validation ,
  • Full Year cost : 5.5m USD , 25% of total distribution cost

    • 3. Import inbound coordination :

  • Stakeholder : Planning / Warehouse / Unloading Vendor / Customer broker / Trailer
  • 2024 Full Year : 533 containers inbound

    • 4.Tawian and HongKong Cost coordinator

  • Wave System key use
  • Coordination to drive initiatives and saving calculation
