Job Description
- Domain Expertise : Comprehensive knowledge of the Oncology landscape, including market access dynamics, healthcare policy, and intricate stakeholder management.
- Launch Leadership : Demonstrated experience in steering new products through the launch lifecycle-from defining value propositions to cross-functional resource deployment.
- Market Acumen : Proven success within the self-paid (private) market, with deep expertise in pricing strategies, channel management, and value-based modeling.
- Agile Mindset : Deep understanding of specialty-based selling models that emphasize medical-driven promotion and agile customer engagement.
The Successful Applicant
A minimum of 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry (Sales, Medical Affairs, or Marketing), with at least 2 years of dedicated marketing experience.Prior experience within the Oncology field is highly preferred; specific expertise in BC is a significant advantage.Professional fluency in English is required
