We’re looking for an experienced Technology Development (TD) Director for a leading semiconductor fabless company. This role will be based in Hsin-Chu, Taiwan and lead a large team of experts working on the technology development for Power & Analog products. Overseas working experience with a semiconductor IDM MNC is highly desired.

Responsibilities :

  • Define technology road map (device, process, and integration) and its execution that ensure the company’s competitiveness in the field of Power and Analog design.
  • Develop, coach, and manage the Technology Development (TD) department.
  • Lead the technology enablement for the company to expand into new markets and applications. Work closely with the business units to sustain the technology competitiveness for continual organic growths.
  • Build up technology IP portfolio.
  • Foundry development and foundry technology development.
  • Boost Company’s brand name as an innovative company and technology leader.

Key Requirements :

  • 15+ years of solid experiences in the semiconductor IDM or fabless design + foundry, with major focuses on the process / design improvement of BCD (Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS), power, and mixed signal analog products.
  • Broad knowledge in the relevant market, applications, and technologies, with deep insight in power design and electronics.
  • 8+ years in managerial position that involves in both business and organization management and development. Hands-on leadership track record.
  • Education : MS or PHD in Electrical Engineering and related. Working proficiency in English speaking & writing. Mandarin Chinese speaking is a must.
  • Good networking with major foundries.
