Responsibilities :
- Support site Managers / Safety Champions and frontline teams to identify HSE hazards in the workplace and select controls to eliminate or reduce these (using the hierarchy of control to select the most appropriate measures).
- Facilitate compliance with APMM global HSE standards (HSE framework) and advise on legal compliance with local legislation.
- Advise site Managers / Safety Champions on how to lead their teams on HSE, share best practices and inspirational success stories.
- Support site Managers / Safety Champions in determining the root causes of (high-potential) incidents and eliminating them, including facilitating learning teams.
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Procurement to ensure HSE controls are in place for third-party labor.
- Advise site Managers / Safety Champions on the planning and organization of work, including : How to eliminate HSE risks through the (re)design of workplaces and operational activitiesElimination or reduction of risks resulting from changes in workplace design or usageRisk prevention through the selection, maintenance, and condition of installations, machinery, equipment, and toolsControl measures to mitigate hazards present in the workplace
- Support the effective use of visual management tools (e.g., toolbox talks, learning boards) to engage the workforce.
- Provide information and support on HSE training and education upon request from site management.
- Coordinate HSE Committee meetings to ensure alignment of HSE initiatives and programs.
- Support site Waste Coordinators in waste management, inspections, and reporting.
- Design and execute a local HSE inspection program aligned with national or area-level programs.
- Coordinate and ensure implementation of emergency response capabilities (first-aid, fire safety, evacuation).
- Act as the point of contact for external HSE consultants when specialized risk control is required.
- Conduct routine visits to operational sites.
- Perform HSE impact and risk assessments during growth and integration activities.

Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE-related roles.Class B Occupational Health and Safety Management Personnel (Taiwan License qualification).A university degree in relevant fields (e.g., Health & Safety, Security, Risk, Crisis Management) is desirable but not mandatoryStrong collaboration skills and ability to build followership across various stakeholders and locationsStrong leadership and communication abilitiesAnalytical mindsetProactive problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with a focus on compliance and continuous improvementAbility to influence others and drive changeProficient in English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking)Requirements):
