ICG (Institutional Client Group) is a global sales team covering various institutional clients including Hedge Funds, Insurance companies, Asset Managers, Banks, Central Banks, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Private Banks. In APAC, we have salespeople located across the regional hubs in Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Sydney as well as in several countries across Asia

Your key responsibilities :
We are looking for a highly motivated salesperson based in Taiwan to cover clients for the entire suite of FICC products, but with particular focus on growing the G10 Rates business.
Senior Coverage person to deepen our penetration of Taiwan Institutional clients, working in tandem with other members of ICG Taiwan.
Individual should have strong existing client relationships and product knowledge across cash and derivatives, as well as the ability to efficiently execute transactions and pitch new ideas & solutions.
Individual to work closely with partners in Trading and Structuring to devise and execute sales strategy and business expansion initiatives.
Interact collaboratively with middle / back office to ensure seamless execution and minimize operational risks. Ownership of KYC requirements as Accountable Client Owner (ACO) for the client segment the individual is responsible for.
High awareness of Compliance and Regulatory requirements
Your skills and experience :
6+ years institutional FICC sales experience at international Investment Bank(s)
Client coverage experience focusing on a strategy-based sales model, prior experience in providing sales coverage to Taiwanese clients.
Excellent client relationships in Taiwan, particularly with banks, securities houses, government agencies and Professional Investors.
Fluency in English & Mandarin language skills to liaise with clients across the region.
Ability to interact and engage with regional / global team.
