WHAT IS THIS POSITION ABOUT?
- Develop and implement internal corporate and leadership communications. Assist the team on JTI Taiwan's corporate reputation, employee engagement, business strategies, and community investment events to drive a balanced, positive impact.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Media Relations Coordination Support implementation of high-quality media partner engagement initiatives for JTI Taiwan to build trust and improve its reputation. Maintain media monitoring reports and alerts daily.Employee Engagement Develop integrated internal and leadership communication strategies to optimally deliver key internal messages. Support community investment volunteering events and communications that inspire pride and purpose of the company.Cross-Function Collaboration Collaborate with internal stakeholders for a communication campaign to enhance team spirit. Other communications support across the Company as and when needed.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A university degree or equivalent in communications, PR, or journalism is a plus.Proven track record in Corporate Communications, Event Planning, or Public Relations for at least 3 to 5 years.Consistent record in leading large / long-term / spirit projects : the ability to plan, mobilize, and direct projects of medium to high complexity and scale from inception to closure.Experience in PR agencies and multinational pharma companies would also be desirable.Excellent English and Chinese interpersonal skillsFunctional Skills : Good transversal interpersonal skills and a good sense of management Must have a passion for writing, and digital visual design / editing with proof of actual content developed.
