職務描述Bachelor degree or above Minimum 5 years working experience in FMCG or electric appliance industries Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Strong communication and team capabilities Ability to adapt to change
Responsibility :
- Define the product roadmap with a time horizon of 1-3 years for a product range with known functionality and existing technologies
- Define proposals for the short-term (1 year) and mid-term (3 years) marketing strategy
- Translate the midterm product roadmap into concrete product specifications
- Implement the short-term business plans, goals and product roadmap
- Lead Product Managers, who are responsible for short term product portfolio, Marketing Communication and MIP
- Make use of external specialization, such as Marketing Communications and marketing research
- Act within Marketing Communication directives and defined marketing plan
