Job Description
- Annual Budget and Market Share Growth : Develop, validate, and implement initiatives to meet the company's budget and expand market share.
- Drive new product development (NPD), plan and execute promotional proposals based on financial analysis, and conduct post-launch performance evaluations.
- Create and implement IMC strategies across digital platforms, PR, leaflets, in-store point-of-sale materials (POSM), etc.
- Develop promotional plans based on financial analysis, collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment, and conduct post-campaign evaluations.
- Design and execute market research to uncover insights that inform strategic initiatives.
- Oversee agency partnerships to ensure high-quality, insightful communication that influences consumer perception and strengthens brand equity.
- Supervise the timely delivery of communication programs to ensure they meet target metrics, including brand and advertising awareness.
- Drive brand growth through full-funnel model development, search intent modeling, and close collaboration with DO / CRM teams to boost member sales.
