Job Description
Collaboration with Hiring Managers :

Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management :
Oversee all stages of the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
Talent Pipeline Development :
Build and maintain talent pipelines through various channels, such as digital tools, referrals, and campus recruitment initiatives.
Participation in Recruitment Events :
Actively participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
Process Optimization :
Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and improve the overall candidate experience.
Engagement of Passive Candidates :
Strategically engage with passive candidates worldwide by leveraging a variety of sourcing channels to attract top talent.
Data-Driven Decision Making :
Utilize data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, identify bottlenecks, and inform decision-making.
Support HR Projects :
Contribute to various HR-related projects as needed, aligning recruitment strategies with broader organizational goals.
The Successful Applicant
Experience :
A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, particularly within the technology sector, demonstrating a solid understanding of the industry's talent landscape.
Educational Background :
A bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management, or related fields, providing a strong foundation in recruitment principles.
Strong Communication Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration with hiring managers and engaging candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiation Skills :
Proficient in negotiating offers and managing candidate expectations, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
Familiarity with Recruitment Tools :
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital sourcing tools, showcasing an ability to leverage technology in talent acquisition efforts.
