Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking an experienced and strategic senior leader to spearhead the expansion business offline in the Asia Pacific region. With an initial focus on retail expansion in India and Taiwan, the goal is to build a double digit million-dollar business in the next 3 years, through owned and partner branded stores and wholesale partnerships.

What You'll Do

• Regional Strategy Development : You will design and implement a comprehensive offline expansion strategy aligned with Emma's global objectives. You will research markets to identify opportunities and trends, starting with focus Market India and Taiwan.
• Offline Channel Expansion : You will build Emma’s offline presence via retail stores and partnerships with wholesalers in target markets
• Team Leadership : You will hire, manage, and develop a cross-functional team spanning sales, marketing, and operations centrally and across our different markets to execute the growth plan.
• Performance Management : You will define financial goals and OKRs, monitor performance, and report progress to ensure sustainable business growth and market share expansion.
• Internal & External Stakeholder Management : You will collaborate closely with global leadership, peers in other regions, regional teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and execution.
• Market Entry Execution : You will drive market entry plans for new APAC markets, ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth operational setup.
