Bruker Nano Surfaces and Metrology (BNSM) solutions include atomic force microscopy instrumentation (AFM) and non-contact nanometer resolution solution topography through white light interferometry and stylus profilometry. In addition, the division manufacturers and markets automated X-ray metrology, automated AFM defect-detection and photomask repair and cleaning equipment for semiconductor process control.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Service Administrator, the main responsibility is to support BNSM Service organization on all service administrative works in Taiwan. This include, but not limited to :

  • Support Product : AAFM, RMR, X-RAY, WLIs, AFMi
  • Interact with different BU with Santa Barbara Office, Bruker X-RAY team, WLI team and Tech Support
  • Quotation and / or PO tracking for service events, parts and labor
  • Logistics support and management : International and domestic parts shipping arrangement : bridge between warehouse, BSEMI Taiwan Service and Customers.
  • Tracking AR for service contract and parts sales
  • Develop skill to become SAP D / B and process compliance team leader
  • Summarize FSR for service contract tools
  • Handle local purchases for BNSM Service team

Qualifications

The successful applicant should possess :

Knowledge :

  • Experience in MS office is a must, advanced knowledge of MS office is a plus.
  • Experience in SAP ERP
  • Skill :

  • Fluent communication in spoken and written English and local language with customers, management and peers.
  • Ability :

  • Multi-tasker and team player
  • Excellent relationship management to internal and external customers.
  • High integrity
  • Educational & Experience :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree with preference to Business Administration.
  • Minimum 4 - 6 years experience with high tech instrumentations and logistics management.

    Business awareness of global capital equipment / instrumentation service support with ability to work under pressure and time constraints.

    Must work well with others in a fast paced environment.
