What you’ll do :
Develop and implement campaigns that generate traffic, drive conversions, and cultivate beneficial relationships with key business partners, strategically selecting appropriate products, destinations, and promo angles.
Coordinate with integrated marketing, product, and business teams to ensure timely, ROI-focused campaign execution.
Track and analyze campaign performance, optimize in real time, and deliver post-campaign reports with clear, actionable insights.
Support ad-hoc initiatives or projects as needed to drive business objectives.
What you'll need :
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, partnership, or eCommerce industry (preferred).
Strong ability to build and grow strategic partnerships. You understand what motivates partners and know how to make collaboration work.
Strong analytical skills and a creative, data-driven mindset for solving problems and optimizing performance.
Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A start-up attitude—hands-on, curious, and ready to dive in. You’re organized, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
