Responsibilities and Tasks

• SQM Lab tool operations, such as Rheology / Viscometer / TGA / DSC / TMA / DMA
• Wafer IQC activities
• IQC SAP system maintain
• IQC eCOA system maintain
• Measurement tools maintenance
• Regular materials properties test
• HBM Materials Pre-Qual
• Supplier on-site sorting contact
• Supplier eCOA system maintain / case handling
• IQC SAP system data maintain
• IQC Monthly report (Avalon)
• IQC SPACE system maintain
• Other irregular case. (Shipdoc, MIC code, IQC lab esd…etc)
