Job Overview :
We are looking for a dedicated Events Manager to lead and support the design and delivery of Arm stories via marketing events. The ideal candidate will bring diligent, solid execution skills to help drive outbound influence messages from events.
This role will allow us to be critical players in our team, developing positive relationships with the Global Events Team, Product Marketing, Procurement, Finance, Business Line Groups, IT, and external service providers. This collaborative approach is crucial in leading various projects, including industry trade shows and Arm-hosted events, and leading event technology systems, all with the aim of showcasing Arm in the best light at all events.
As a supervisor, the successful candidate will provide direction and coordinate, control, and influence the team's work. This leadership role is crucial in ensuring the successful execution of our events. Alternatively, a functional specialist typically handles day-to-day activities for the assigned area of responsibility and may contribute to the peer review process.

Cross-regional experience planning and driving corporate events and influential relationships with agency / vendor / high-tech industry. Language capacity in Korean or Japanese will be a plus.
