What you’ll achieve

As a Senior Test Engineer, you will develop and document test cases and test plans for newly developed or current hardware and solutions products. You will partner with a test team during test execution and report results to development engineers and leadership. You will also create test plans that include resource requirements based on inputs from Development and Marketing. Finally, you will work with external validation partners to develop comprehensive test plans and test coverage across multiple test organizations.

You will :

• Identify and develop strategic test partnerships with ODMs and suppliers
• Work with designers and technologists to develop automation and test tools for future technologies
• Focuses on validation activities in Develop, Launch, and Sustain phases of client products and peripheral devices. Creates test plans for hardware products and solutions that include scope, strategy, resources, environments, risk etc. based on inputs from the development engineers
• Oversees the execution and reports the validation results on new hardware products and solutions. Drive cross-functional engagement to ensure the validation deliverables and meet business goals
• Drive new test process and methodologies from an end-to-end test perspective to reduce test time and increase test coverage. Develop significant new test methods and tools for testing of new hardware and solutions products
