Job Summary :
Leads strategic supply chain and account engagement efforts for key customers across the APAC region in the electronics industry, with a focus on OEMs, EMS, and ODMs. This role also collaborates closely with Avnet’s regional teams in EMEA and the Americas to ensure alignment on global strategy and account execution for building and expanding relationships with global and regional customers, managing end-to-end account strategies, and collaborating across functional teams to deliver customized supply chain solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep customer-facing experience in the electronics sector, a strong network across the supplier ecosystem, and must be bilingual with strong English communication skills.
Principal Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned global and regional customer accounts, with an emphasis on strategic engagement and long-term relationship development.
- Lead customer-facing business discussions related to demand planning, fulfillment strategies, escalation resolution, and service delivery across complex, multi-regional supply chains.
- Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, procurement, logistics, finance) and external partners (suppliers, OEMs, EMS / ODMs) to align solutions with customer requirements.
- Manage and grow account portfolios by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating commercial terms, and driving customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including acquiring new customers and expanding within existing accounts, with a focus on modeling and implementing tailored supply chain solutions to support long-term growth.
- Maintain strong relationships across key supply partners, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to support program execution and business growth.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), supply risk, fulfillment accuracy, and account health metrics to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
- Stay current on electronics industry trends, supply chain innovations, and competitive developments to influence account strategy.
- Participate in supplier and customer meetings, QBRs, and program reviews as the customer advocate and commercial lead.
- Travel within the region and occasionally internationally to support customer and supplier engagement.

Job Level Specifications :
Proven experience in supply chain relationship management, commercial negotiations, and customer engagement within the electronics industry.
Deep familiarity with working across OEM, EMS, and ODM business models and account dynamics, and comfortable engaging with C-suite executives in both customer and supplier organizations.
Strong network of supplier relationships, ideally within semiconductors, components, or electronic manufacturing sectors.
Skilled in managing high-complexity programs across regions with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Must be fluent in English and Mandarin; additional language skills in APAC markets are a plus.
Work Experience :
Minimum experience required is typically 8+ years with bachelor's or equivalent. This is typically the most senior sales position in the company and is reserved for the most experienced sales professionals.Education and Certification(s) :
