Key Responsibilities
High Jewellery Business Focus :
- Maintain Individual sound record on VHETI sales
- Grow & develop the High End business in Taichung.
- Drive HJ sales teams and boutiques in the field towards new business initiatives and sales opportunities both within, and outside of the boutique environment
- Work with HOB and High Jewllery Sales Manager on driving new collections and challenging HJ items
Expertise and Business Acumen :
Develop a strong knowledge and awareness on High end business among FJA and FADevelop sales tools, and educational tools for the networkInspire excellent knowledge in gemology and savoir faire (gemologist preferred)Demonstrate knowledge of Jewellery manufacturing and be able to link with Chanel excellence in craftsmanship and creativityDemonstrate creativity and sophistication in mix and match of Jewellery pieces across different collections and clients’ own Jewellery.Collect and share knowledge of WFJ industry and competitorsHigh Jewellery Sales Team Development :
Motivate and support the HJ sales teams and boutique management teamsDevelop High End Sales Capability of our HJ sales associatesIdentify and develop new talents to become high end sales specialists / expertsEnhance and Supervise the Delivery of Ultimate Luxury Customer Experience :
To engage VIP and FJA to new Client Experience in Prince HJS and overseas.Develop the High end partnerships between the boutiquesProvide coaching to the team on how to approach and present pieces to potential High Jewellery clientsConduct coaching with FJA on selling / ASS of high jewellery pieces on regular basisSupervise and observe floor performances of SWFJs / WFJAs, provide prompt assistance in customer enquiries, and resolve problems and complaints quickly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction. By observing closely on boutique floor, take a close interest in floor staff’s well-being, and actively provide feedback to HOB & DHOB.Client Engagement and Relationship Management :
Identify local opportunities to implement a proactive strategy to target and acquire new Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clientsStrategic planning and assistance to SWFJA / WFJA on High Jewellery CEM managementMonitor and enforce on client engagement and on building long lasting relationships with High Jewellery clients.Closely work with Fashion team to identify and grow the VIP clients databaseWork with individual boutique team members to gain a thorough and personalized understanding of high jewelry clients providing personalized services to them.
Foster Close Partnerships :
Collaborate with all departments and boutiques on implementation of sales development plansHigh End Assortment Merchandise & Inventory :
Support HOB / DHOB in proposing the right High Jewellery product mix for boutique, based on the uniqueness of the boutique, in order to maximize the sale opportunitiesProvide recommendation on repair and quality check of High Jewellery piecesProvide feedback from clients on High Jewellery pieces to product teamSupervise inventory count to ensure no inventory losses.
