Job Description

Leadership & Operations : Lead the Taiwan team by fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Oversee daily operations to ensure operational efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Strategic Development : Formulate and implement strategic plans aligned with corporate goals. Collaborate with global leadership to ensure local operations contribute effectively to overall business objectives.

Financial Oversight : Manage financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking. Ensure cost control, optimize operational spending, and enhance overall profitability.

Sales & Business Development : Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies to increase market penetration. Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners to promote growth.

Product & Innovation : Partner with R&D and engineering teams to support product development and enhancement. Ensure products meet market demands and maintain technical leadership.

Quality Management : Ensure robust quality assurance processes are in place. Monitor product consistency and address quality issues proactively to ensure customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.

Experience : Minimum of 10 years in the machine tool or precision manufacturing industry, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.

Languages : Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.

Skills : Strong strategic and operational leadership, financial and commercial acumen, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
