Job Description
Develops people strategies and designs approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Develops and implements effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business while align WHQ / AP / HMT priorities and goals.
Provides timely information and / or education for all levels of a company on HR issues.
Educates and partners with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
Provides HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, career, and organizational development.
Leverage Shared Service and COEs' expertise for the continual development and improvement of HR programs and operations, such as recruiting, compensation & benefits, learning & career development.
Champions and accelerates a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
Analyses and interprets various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to their client group.
Ensures each HR function can support the branch / department's day-to-day operation and the company's business growth.
Follows the local Managing Director's instructions and direction for required project support.
Follows Environmental, Health and Safety policy and ensures that EH&S regulations and precautions are being enforced by subordinates.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's and above degree. A major in Human Resources Management or Business Administration is preferred
15+ years of work experience in the field of Human Resources, including 6 years of experience in people management
Strong sensitivity of numbers and ability for logical analysis
Possession of project experience in change management and culture cultivation is a plus
Good command of English and Mandarin
Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills
