Role Overview :

As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with the Sales and Content teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that convert new customers (NC) into existing customers (EC) and maximize customer lifetime value (CLTV).

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

  • Brand Marketing : Effectively communicate value to customers and engage them through empathetic communication. Build and strengthen brand presence in the market.
  • Customer Acquisition : Develop and execute marketing campaigns to acquire new customers. Collaborate with external marketing agencies to optimize media buy and communication strategies.
  • Customer Engagement and Retention : Implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention rates. Monitor and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Content Marketing : Work with the Content Manager to promote new content and drive digital sales.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize data analytics to measure the eff ectiveness of marketing campaigns. Adjust strategies based on data insights to improve performance.
  • Stakeholder Communication : Be the primary point of contact for marketing-related matters with the counterpart stakeholders in Korea.

  • Monthly Transaction Customers (MTC)
  • New Customers (NC)
  • Existing Customers (EC)
  • ARPU (Average Revenue Per User)
  • Customer Retention Rate
  • Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV)
  • Hard Requirements

    Qualifi cations :

  • Proven experience + 10 years in marketing, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • Fluent in English communication, speaking and writing.
