職務描述Must be a university student in the third year or above or a graduate student. Working time : at least days per week. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Clear Communicator : Able to articulate task progress, issues, and support needs in a concise and structured manner. Accountable & Collaborative : Proactive in asking questions and clarifying ambiguity; takes ownership of responsibilities and contributes effectively in a team environment. Detail-Oriented & Logical Thinker : Maintains accuracy when managing large volumes of data; able to think analytically, structure tasks efficiently, and monitor progress. Responsive & Reliable : Demonstrates strong time management skills; promptly responds to communications and follows through on commitments.
Please note : This opportunity is available to students who can work onsite at our Taipei office for a full year (20 hours / week).

Main responsibilities】
- Assist with the application and renewal of new 3PRMs.
- Analyze pain points and risk levels in the 3PRM process.
- Analyze vendor risk levels (high / medium / low), assess vendor status and renewal frequency, and execute related tasks.
- Support BU functions, , notifications for drug returns / exchanges, BU advertising material applications, and event applications.
- Assist with Veeva CRM data housekeeping for customer profiles.
