General Manager

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Taipei branch, with a primary focus on business development, sales team management, and operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in freight forwarding or logistics, with at least 5 years in a management role, and a proven track record of expanding business and leading high-performing teams.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth and market expansion in Taipei.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high service standards.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the business.
• Collaborate with senior management to align regional strategies with company objectives.
