Your mission
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement the annual brand plan for Braftovi, aligned with corporate goals and market dynamics.Analyze market trends, cancer registry update, treatment algorithm, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Marketing Execution : Design and execute marketing campaigns, promotional materials, digital content, and educational initiatives.Plan and manage product launches for new indications or line extensions.Coordinate congresses, symposium, and support advisory board with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Sales Support : Develop sales tools, objection handlers, and training materials for the field force.Conduct product training sessions and ensure alignment of field execution with brand strategy.
- Cross-functional Leadership : Collaborate with Medical Affairs on evidence generation, medical education, and scientific communication initiatives.Work with Market Access consultant and regional support to submit pricing, reimbursement, and health economics strategies.Ensure compliance with local regulatory and legal requirements in all promotional activities.
- Business Analytics : Monitor product performance through KPIs, sales data, market research, and customer feedback.Prepare monthly / quarterly business reviews and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Budget Management : Plan, control, and monitor the A&P planning to ensure efficient and effective resource allocation.

Training :
Oncology pathology training, colon oncology training, melanoma training, product training.
Experience and qualification :
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, preferably in oncology (CRC) or specialty care.Strong understanding of oncology market dynamics, preferably familiarity with targeted therapies and biomarkers (e.g., BRAF mutations).Proven experience in product launch or life-cycle management is a plus.Excellent project management, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership skills.Personal Attributes :
