Position Overview

TGRC is seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Manager to join our team for an onshore wind project based in Taichung, Taiwan. This role requires a professional with a strong background in onshore wind projects, capable of managing and ensuring the successful completion of wind turbine construction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire construction process of onshore wind turbines, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.

Coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.

Prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress and any incidents.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience working on onshore wind projects is essential.

Proven track record of managing large-scale onshore wind construction projects.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
