Position : Analog Design Engineer (Power)
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Circuit design from the transistor level, up to the system level simulation of analog / mixed-signal IC, such as DC / DC, Charge-Pump, LDO, Bandgap, AMP, etc.
- Work with product definer and business manager on the product definition, feasibility study and implementation.
- Layout supervision of integrated circuits to ensure product functionality.
- Mixed-signal design verification to check the functionality of the mixed-signal design and DFT design.
- Characterization and evaluation of the integrated circuits, and cooperation with test engineering for product release to production.
- Ensuring the products have acceptable manufacturing yields.
Qualifications & Skills
MSEE or PhD degree, with 7+ years of design and product development industry experience.Hands-on design experience with BiCMOS / CMOS circuit designs, such as DC / DC, Charge-Pump, LDO, Bandgap, AMP, etc.Knowledge of device physics and BiCMOS / CMOS fabrication processesPossess strong intuitive and analytical understanding of transistor-level design and simulation.Knowledge of mixed-signal design verification and DFT methodologyA strong team player with good communication skills for working with engineers spread across the global and local sites.Good written and verbal English communication skill.Job Req Type : ExperiencedRequired Travel : NoShift Type : 1st Shift / Days
