職務描述Education and / or Experience : BSEE, MSEE with over 3+ years of working experience on PCBA repair, PC / Server assembly and failure analysis is preferred Language Skills : English, Mandarin, Bahasa Good knowledge of computer / server operation and electronic components / devices Good knowledge of basic electronics circuit fundamentals Good soldering and desoldering skill, familiar to BGA rework will be better. Good knowledge of computer / server testing and inspection Good operation software skills in Windows and Linux Demonstrated skill in the electronic circuit analysis and troubleshooting. Capable on teamwork and self-motivated hard work with a positive attitude

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Execute production defective PCBA boards repair.
- NPI and MP build defective boards debugging, analysis and repair.
- Work with product engineering team to figure out production issue (Including SMT and PCBA assembly).
- Perform failure analysis of defective boards and co-work with RD for critical NG symptom.
- Come out failure analysis report, repairing document.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
