職務描述Experience in media marketing planning or B2B sales. Comfortable with cold outreach and highly proactive in your work approach. Familiar with influencer and creator collaboration models. Passionate about digital marketing, influencers, and advertising. Highly aware of trending topics on the internet. Detail-oriented, strong communicator, efficient, and with a good sense of humor. Resilient, responsible, and self-motivated. Used to managing work performance with data-driven metrics. 1-2 years of experience in media sales or media planning. Avid follower of YouTubers and influencers, with an understanding of different creator styles. Experience working with influencers / creators is a plus. Background in media, Meta advertising, ad placements, or ad networks is a big plus. Strong critical thinking and logical reasoning skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Results-driven, detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible. Proficiency in English communication is a plus. What You Will Do
- Proactively develop and reach out to potential clients, maintaining strong client relationships.
- Identify client needs and provide digital marketing campaign proposals.
- Collaborate with internal service teams to execute projects and deliver final reports.
- Achieve individual sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Participate in internal team meetings and activities.
