Position Overview

The position will be responsible for auditing the costs of mainly F&B department within the Hotel in reports to achieve cost control and support decision making and will also oversee the OS&E and FF&E are maintained, transferred or disposed according to company process an d procedures.

The Role

1.Prepare daily cost report and receiving discrepancy report.

2.Responsible for the daily transfer of inventory, conducting inventory counts, and preparing cost-related closing processes and reports.

3.Review and manage the setup and maintenance of material codes and system entries.

4.Oversee the establishment and maintenance of standard menu costs.

5.Perform FF&E and OS&E counts, and reconcile actual physical counts with balance in the system. Oversee the purchase, transfer and dispose process of FF&E and OS&E.

6.Document filings and maintaining filing record.

7.Handle other tasks outlined in the job description and assigned by supervisors.

Talent Profile

1.A Bachelor's degree in Business Management preferably specializing in Finance or Accounting Management.

2.Experiences in similar role at luxury hotels / resort.

3petent computing skills (e.g. Microsoft Office).

4.Can legally work in Taiwan.

OS&E與FF&E的盤點及記錄,確保資產的保管、調撥或報廢經過正確的核准流程。

1.整理進貨日報表,收貨差異報告並審核庫存遲滯物品。

2.負責每日食品及酒水存貨調撥,執行每月盤點及進行成本結轉結帳作業及準備成本報告。

3.審核料號及申請系統建置與維護。

4.監督菜單標準成本建立與維護。

5.固定資產及列管資產之盤點、系統數量更新,與新增、調撥、報廢流程管控。

6.其他文書歸檔作業,並編製歸檔目錄。

7.其他工作說明事項及主管交辦事項。

1.擁有商業管理學士學位,最好專注於財務或會計管理。

2.在奢華酒店 / 度假村擔任類似職位的工作經驗。

3.具備熟練的電腦技能(例如 Microsoft Office)。

4. 具備在台灣合法工作身份
