About the Role

此職位為「訓練行政」與「儲備講師」雙軌發展角色，您將協助建置與維運公司的數位訓練平台，支援各類通路訓練活動，同時逐步培養授課能力，未來可獨立擔任課程講師。

Key Responsibilities

訓練活動與行政支援

  • 協助部門日常行政作業、訓練活動規劃與執行
  • 建置與維護數位訓練平台

課程推動與執行

  • 協助課程排程、教材準備，以及現場／線上授課支援。
  • 確保課程內容符合業務需求，並持續更新與優化

    • 其他指派事項

  • 處理主管交辦事項及其他教育訓練相關專案
  • 具教育訓練相關經驗尤佳，熟悉課程規劃、執行與成效追蹤者更佳
  • 具人身保險業務員或投資型商品證照者尤佳
  • 具通路輔銷或行銷支援相關經驗者更佳
  • 具活動主持、課程引導或現場帶領經驗者尤佳
  • 個性細心、能同時處理多項任務，具備數位平台建置或線上工具操作經驗者更佳
