工作內容

1) 電話聯絡線上服務和客戶關係維護，說明信用卡權益和活動。

2) 客戶來電接聽並處理信用卡挽留。

3) 解決客戶於信用卡商品等相關問題和要求。

4) 公司各項專案外撥活動通知。資格

1) 大學或專科(含)以上畢業。

2) 一年以上銀行客戶服務或其他產業電話客戶服務經驗尤佳。

3) 熟悉電腦操作, 例如 : Word, Excel, power point, line, app…等。

4) 具備良好的客戶溝通技巧且EQ佳。
