Here you'll get to : Payment Management

  • Process vendor payments, ensuring compliance with internal policies and resolving discrepancies.
  • Periodic process of Capex payment requests, maintaining accuracy and timeliness of supporting documentation.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate to resolve payment issues.
  • Assist with office supplies procurement.

Revenue and Cash Management (Order to Cash, OTC)

  • Issue invoices, ensure accurate data alignment with the system.
  • Monitor bank collections and verify payer identification for compliance.
  • Prepare and provide monthly revenue reports and track accounts receivable.
  • Prepare monthly allocation data reports.
  • General Ledger & Financial Reporting (Record to Report, RTR)

  • Assist with revenue recognition processes in accordance with ASC 606 standards, preparing journal entries, month-end data, and monthly allocation data.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and perform closing procedures, ensuring compliance with SOX internal controls.
  • Verify consistency between allocation data and monthly revenue reports.
  • Royalties

  • Responsible for verifying data interfaces between SAP and the royalty reporting system, and preparing supporting documentation.
  • Regularly arrange royalty payments to authors or copyright companies.
  • Ensure timely updates of payment information in the system.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Assist supervisors with data compilation and analysis for annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly projections.
  • Support supervisors in preparing management-related financial statements and tracking reports, providing data for decision-making.
  • Handle business tax declarations, withholding tax payments, and all required tax documents and online filings.
  • Collaborate with auditors during audit processes, preparing financial and tax reconciliation reports.
  • Internal Control & Compliance

  • Ensure operations comply with company policies and SOX regulations.
  • Execute and optimize accounting internal control processes and risk management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • About you :

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written across all levels of an organisation.
  • Proficient IT skills especially with Microsoft Office and Excel functions (Vlookup, Pivot Tables). Expertise in SAP system is a plus.
  • Technically strong on accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Possess high level of integrity, initiative, and results-oriented.
  • Sound presentation skills, in particular the presentation of financial information to non-financial managers or senior executives.
  • Strong teamwork abilities and effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • We'd love it if you also had :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from local / international institution.
  • Extensive experience in finance and accounting.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and present it clearly and concisely.
