Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for engineering functions including new process development, process engineering and technical service.
  • You will lead a team of Engineers in building good new products, ensuring yield and productivity improvement as well as overseeing cost reduction programs and customer service for etched and stamped frame.
  • Lead the setup of systems and processes to ensure sustainability and stability all products and equipment.
  • Failure analysis, troubleshooting, providing effective disposition and solutions for manufacturing issues.
  • Initiate projects and lead team to achieve breakthrough results in quality, yields and output
  • Coordinate, implement and maintaining standard operating procedure for all production operations.
  • Ensuring the compliances with Health and Safety policies, QMS, EMS, related systems and processes.

  • Possess strong leadership, positive interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to provide leadership, direction, identify and resolve issues with other departments group effectively
  • Able to work long hours and under high-pressure in fast paced environment
  • Able to implement and carry-out improvement opportunities to identify profits and increase productivity

    Education & Experience

  • Must possess minimum a Degree in Science / Engineering or related fields with at least 10 years' working experience.
  • Extensive experience in manufacturing process will be required. Experience in stamping, plating, etching process will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, leadership and presentation skill required.
  • Aggressive, meticulous, analytical and experience in strategies planning
  • Able to think strategically and 'out-of-box' to develop vision and roadmap for function and drive change in function.
  • Strong analytical skill, high integrity, result driven, possess good oral and written communication skills.
