Job Description

As Commission Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end service delivery, often overseeing large or complex commissions or multiple commissions. You will serve as the primary day-to-day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met through the provision of value-added cost management services.

Key responsibilities include :

• Managing estimating and cost planning activities, taking ownership of and presenting the final cost plan.
• Ensuring the production of monthly post-contract cost reports and presenting them to the client.
• Critically analyzing, challenging, and brainstorming project requirements and deliverables to find creative solutions and alternatives on behalf of clients.
• Leading a cost management team, ensuring that team members fulfill all accountabilities.
• Identifying and acting upon opportunities to improve cost management procedures, templates, and products, thereby enhancing the service provided to clients.
• Leading value engineering and life cycle costing exercises.
• Motivating team members and driving towards positive client outcomes while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Taking line management responsibility.
