Services Offered

Automation Machinery : Design, installation, and maintenance of automation machinery and clean room equipment.

Technical Support : Providing 24 / 7 technical support to address and resolve any equipment issues.

System Monitoring : Continuous monitoring and maintenance of automation control systems and M&E equipment.

Training : Conducting training sessions for customers and technicians on product operation and maintenance.

Project Management : Managing improvement projects to enhance the efficiency and reliability of production machines.

The Role

Roles & Responsibilities :

Assist in designing, installing, and maintaining automation control systems.

Troubleshoot PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and automation systems to minimize downtime.

Conduct diagnostics, calibration, and performance testing on control equipment.

Support system integration and commissioning of electrical control panels and circuits.

Maintain and update technical documentation related to automation systems.

Collaborate with engineers and clients to improve system efficiency.

Provide on-site technical support and emergency troubleshooting when required.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards during installations and maintenance.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications :

Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.

Fresh graduates with minimum 6 months experience in knowledge of control systems are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical software.

Ability to work in shifts and travel to customer sites when necessary.

Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork attitude.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).
