Job Description

1. 兼具業務及產品工程師挑戰能力 2. 應對不斷變化的環境,積極擁抱變革,展示適應能力和韌性. 3. 機電整合能力 4. 具備英語閱讀,寫作和口語交流的能力

Qualifications

1. 客戶管理 : 在其分配的最高優先級客戶(TPC),推動銷售增長行動(SIA)-Robin. 2. 客戶開發 : 定義並實施客戶開發計劃(CDP),包括每個TPC 客戶的開發策略,訂單和銷售計劃以及行動計劃. 3. 價值銷售 : 選擇適合客戶需求的技術(交叉銷售Cross selling)多個BU 和解決方案.重點是銷售值和解決方案的優勢. 4. 目標達成 : 使用機會管道(Robin)來監控和引導目標實現. 在責任方面 1.所屬的客戶,用以識別和確保DCTW 潛力的充分發展. 2.與團隊中的技術專家,和其他與銷售相關的職能部門密切合作. 3.需要了解客戶正在進行的商機洽談及未來開發計畫.
