Job Description
- Drive revenue growth across all Taiwan-based OEMs, including both global brands and domestic PC manufacturers, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through daily operational support.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales and engineering teams, cultivating a high-performance environment focused on accountability, collaboration, and achievement of business objectives.
- Define and implement sales targets, forecasts, and KPIs; regularly monitor and report performance against goals.
- Utilize strong executive relationships with local OEMs, ODMs, and Taiwan-based teams of international PC brands to expand market penetration and foster long-term partnerships.
The Successful Applicant
Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.Over 10 years of business experience in the semiconductor industry, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.At least 5 years of direct experience in the global PC market.Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets and driving sustainable revenue growth.Deep knowledge of semiconductor industry trends, product portfolios, and competitive landscape.Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to develop, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Fluent in both English and MandarinWilling and able to travel as needed to support customers and achieve business objectives.
