Position : Marketing Director
Responsibilities :
Strategic Growth Management :
Expand the active user base of the platform while maintaining a cost-effective budget. Optimize marketing approaches, balancing web3 and web2 methods for maximum impact.
Leadership and Oversight :
Oversee Creative Direction, Public Relations, Marketing, Community Management, and Events. Draft compelling announcements, press materials, corporate messages, and presentations.
Team Development :
Recruit and hire talented individuals for the publishing team. Provide mentorship and establish clear goals for team members.
Collaborative Strategy :
Collaborate with co-founders to shape quarterly goals and develop effective strategies.
Data Analysis and Industry Trends :
Analyze Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data against overall industry trends. Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) data for strategic decision-making.
Event Planning and Execution :
Assist in planning and coordinating both online and offline events with external partners.
Public Relations :
Represent the company through public speaking engagements on its behalf.
Qualifications :
Professional Experience :
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the marketing field.
Adaptability and Fast-Paced Environment :
Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Language Skills :
Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
Analytical and Learning Mindset :
Data-driven mindset with the ability to strategize using BI data. Demonstrated enthusiasm and ability to learn new concepts.
Team Collaboration :
Strong team player with a willingness to be hands-on.
Preferred Qualifications :
Familiarity and belief in the principles of Web3. Passion for and understanding of the gaming industry.
