Job Description
- Develop and execute chain account strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across assigned accounts.
- Lead annual business planning, joint forecasting, and promotional planning with key customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and field sales teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
- Analyze market trends, customer performance, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and trade agreements aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor and report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive innovation and customer-centric solutions to enhance value delivery and long-term partnerships.
The Successful Applicant
10+ years solid key account management, sales or trade marketing experience in FMCG or consumer healthcare sectors.Demonstrated success in managing chained accounts with complex structures.People Manager and experience in leading a teamStrong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.Growth mindset with high learning agility as well as flexibility to embrace new changesStrong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
