They are now looking for a well-rounded Marketing and Communications Director to oversee all of their brands in Taiwan.
Job Description
- Design and implement strategic marketing plans in alignment with global brand guidelines while addressing local market needs to strengthen brand equity and drive sales.
- Lead the creation of comprehensive annual marketing plans for all brands, covering PR, events, advertising, social media, and CRM.
- Localize global marketing campaigns to resonate with the Taiwan market, identifying customer trends, market challenges, and opportunities to drive engagement and growth.
- Oversee digital channels-website, social media, and e-commerce-to enhance traffic, engagement, and overall user experience.
- Lead communication strategies across all platforms-digital, print, and social media-through proactive press engagement, interview facilitation, project support, and event execution (e.g., press days, launch parties, charity events, overseas media trips).
- Cultivate strong relationships with key media, influencers, and celebrities to drive positive brand visibility.
- Oversee loyalty programs - Organize exclusive VIP events (e.g., fashion shows, trunk shows, F&B tastings, styling sessions, workshops) to reinforce loyalty.
- Enhance brand presence across e-commerce, social media, and digital platforms to boost conversion rates and user engagement.
- Develop and execute strategies for SEO, SEM, influencer marketing, and content to elevate digital performance.
- Develop accurate budget forecasts based on annual business targets and strategic direction.
- Set annual objectives for team members and oversee performance to ensure alignment with business goals.
