Job Description :
The Taiwan Country Counsel will be responsible for :
Supporting sales teams and assessing and mitigating risks under contracts with customers and suppliers,
Advising Human Resources on employment and labor law,
Investigating potential breaches of HPE’s standards of business conduct,
Collaborating with outside counsel and internal legal subject matter experts on mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and regulatory matters,
Advising on all types of disputes and litigation and collaborating with the HPE litigation team and outside counsel,
Skills and Knowledge :
Competitive candidates should display that they can :

Build strong relationships with business clients and legal colleagues,
Show initiative by spearheading or volunteering for local, regional, and global Legal Department projects,
Speak and write in business English and Chinese (Mandarin),
Requirements
You must be licensed to practice law in Taiwan.
